Parent Meeting/ Suit Fitting

Saturday, August 30th

Parent Meeting

• Held in the gym at the Mt. Laurel YMCA. 
• Times: New Parents @ 10am , Returning Parents @ 12:30 PM
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your meeting starts. 
• Everyone entering the building must have their YMCA account up-to-date and be cleared through our nationwide child protection database.
• Please bring a photo ID, as it speeds up the process and is the only way to gain entry to the building

Metro Swim Shop Visit

• 10am-1pm
• As our Speedo Supplier, Metro will be here to fit for suits and have equipment to purchase
• Team suits are required for anyone competing in meets this year.

Swim Team Start Dates:

• The season officially begins Tuesday, September 8th, or Wednesday, the 9th, depending on when your group meets.

MLY Time Trials

9/27

• First official meet of the season held at the Mount Laurel YMCA
• A great way to complete your first Y Meet (swimmers need to complete at least THREE Y Meets to be eligible for YMCA Champs)

• A fundraiser held at the Mt. Laurel YMCA
• Times TBA

Save the Date: Charger Invitational

October 10-11, 2026

• We will again head to York, Pennsylvania, for the Charger Invitational.
• This meet is both a YMCA-only meet and a USA Swimming-observed meet, so it qualifies for one Y meet, and the times can be used for any USA Swimming meet, including championship meets.
• We are working on a room block. More to come

Holiday Break:

• OFF: Thursday, Dec. 23 – Sunday, Dec. 27
• RETURN: Monday, Dec. 28 to Wednesday, Dec. 30
• OFF: Thursday, Dec. 31- Saturday, Jan. 2
• RETURN: Sunday, Jan. 3

Spring Break:

• OFF: Good Friday, Mar. 26- Saturday, Apr 3
• RETURN: Sunday, Apr 4
